About me

I am Kolja, and in 2019, during a burnout, I started with the Wim Hof Method even though I really didn’t like the cold. Fortunately, things can change in life :) The method gave me enormous physical and mental strength and was truly the kickstart I needed to get out of the burnout. I knew immediately that I wanted to share this amazing method with others. Sharing knowledge and energy with others is what I love most in life. I have already done this in many ways: as a journalist, as a travel guide and city guide, by presenting and developing corporate outings, creating interactive treasure hunts for children, and giving laughter and theater improvisation workshops.

After practicing the method myself for four years, it was finally time to become an instructor, and that makes me very happy. I find personal attention very important in my workshops, which is reflected in the way of communication and, for example, in the homemade lunch. It is always a pleasure to welcome you, hear your stories, and share inspiration together.

My company is called Ice Warriors because I see how powerful everyone feels after the ice bath, emerging as a true warrior. Ready for the world!
